Happy Fridayyyy! Sometimes it's a lot more motivating and fun to workout with a partner. This partner ʟᴏᴡᴇʀ ʙᴏᴅʏ workout is quick and burnsss soooo good. It consists of 4 stations, 3 minutes each for 2 rounds. There are 2 exercises in each station. One of you will be doing one exercise counting 12 reps while the other does the other exercise (max reps) until your partner is finished! Then you alternate; continue for 3 minutes then switch "stations". Station #1 : Weighted Pulse Squat (12) - create 3 pulses as you squat up and down. Donkey Kick Station#2 : Weighted Sumo Squats (12) Quad Thrusters Station #3 : Terracore Gorilla Squat (12) Alternating Lunges Station #4 : Hamstring Sliders (12) Band Bearwalk Save and try with a friend! 👯‍♀️

Upper Body Strength 🏋️‍♀️ - 3 Stations, Alternate between the 2 exercises (20 REPS) in each station for 8 minutes. Between stations add 90 seconds of jumping jacks. Station 1: Terracore Pushup Bicep curl to press Station 2: Tricep Dip Low Row Pull Station 3: Row Slams (20 on each arm) TRX Rows Always add some cardio warm up and stretching at the end!
