2018 has been an amazing year. I am so grateful for the friendships and blessings I’ve been given and so I want to give back. I’ve decided to host a first ever Booty seminar @ufcgymhonolulu . I will be teaching how to correctly perform a hip thrust as well as sharing some of my favorite exercises to lift/create a shelf. As an added bonus, I asked @jonavegan to go over macros/nutrition plans for each participant, and then we will end with a booty inspired workout class with @jusstteezzin . And what days/times are the classes? I’m running a special till the end of the month. $20/class (usually $40) and currently we have classes on mon and thurs at 8pm.
