Which one do you like explore to the nature or historical places? . . .

As we head to the hospital this morning to welcome Baby Peddie into the world, it has me thinking about the past 9 months... I was very lucky to have an easy pregnancy. I didn’t really have any symptoms, pain, or cravings. I felt pretty great other than a few days filled with pure exhaustion in the beginning and mild heartburn and swollen feet during the last three weeks. I gained about 20lbs but only in my belly and I was able to stay fairly active. From day one of finding out I was pregnant I’ve used @rockymountainsoapco’s Belly Butter at least once a day and I luckily have no stretch marks. A few things that I found helped me along the way were prenatal yoga which showed me I was able to stretch and move a lot more than I thought I would be able to with this bump, seeing a pelvic health physiotherapist who give me multiple stretches and strengthening techniques to do, and seeing a chiropractor regularly to help with adjustments along the way. During the last three weeks I really went into nesting mode and I honestly feel as prepared as we could be. I made sure we have everything possible and extras of things we could run out of, I made and froze meals so we have food we can easily heat up as needed, and I went on a cleaning spree. Even with feeling prepared I know it’ll take time to settle into our new roles as parents but I’m so excited for this new adventure to begin! - pc: @breeze.photography • #babypeddie
