I HAVE MY CAMERA MAN BACK IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS SO PLS DEAL WITH THESE, ITS BETTER THAN NOTHING 🤷🏼‍♀️ . Wasn’t too keen on doing particular muscle groups tonight in the gym so just did some quick & simple upper bod + finished with a tiny bit of core work . Three mini circuits ~ 4rounds before moving onto the next circuit ~ rest between rounds not exercises . Circuit 1: DB bicep curls x 10 Weight plate tricep extensions x 10 BB chest press 3-1 tempo x 12 . Circuit 2: DB incline bench chest press x 10 BB bent over row x 12 DB bent arm lat raises x 8 . Core: Weighted roman chair oblique crunch x 8per Bosu leg raises x 12

This sport is more mental than physical. If your not mentally focused in the gym things can go significantly wrong.. If your mid set, its ok to stop, regather your focus and then finish it off! Little through back to Wednesday morning 2:00 AM MDT. I had a 3:00 AM Business Skype meeting with a possible new client in Europe. Some of today's pullups (260.9 x 7) (also did seated row, side delts, light chest and wrist extensors) and barbell curls (98 x 8) from Tuesday -- part of a slightly heavier microcycle as I'm toeing the line and being a good RP'er (hi Dr Mike), stratifying rep ranges for a few movements (some 7-9s, some 11-12s, and 14+ will come when I lose the will to live). It's day 8 of a 60-day cut and the beginning of a long mesocycle soooo... nothing really to report. I am missing sushi binges, though.

Succesverhaal Ellen ***** Al eerder had ik drie maanden met een personal trainer gewerkt, maar door blessures lag dit even stil. Toen ik in november 2017 wederom voor drie maanden aan de gang wilde gaan met deze PT, bleek zij Anytime te gaan verlaten. Michelle gaf aan dat zij wel beschikbaar was. Ik weet dat ik toen zei: “maar jij bent zo streng”. Maar ja, dat is natuurlijk ook wat ik nodig heb. Dus samen met Michelle gestart en een doel gesteld. De trainingen waren soms best pittig, maar naderhand had ik altijd een voldaan gevoel. En dat strenge…dat viel reuze mee. Michelle was niet streng, ze hielp mij een stap verder gaan. Als ik dacht dat ik er wel was, liet ze mij de oefening juist nog een keer doen. De gezelligheid, humor en de juiste training maakte dat ik ruim een jaar met Michelle getraind heb én mijn eerste doel gehaald heb. Nu wil ik op eigen kracht verder, maar dat is best lastig. De motiverende woorden en de drive die Michelle heeft mis ik wel……
