Here's the DIET PLAN for the Day 8 to 15 😊 . . Got few DMs about intake of rice for weightloss.. Rice is rich in carbohydrates & fiber .. But don't think that rice is unhealthy.. Rice gets digested easily & we may end up feeling hungry again.. It's not at all harm when we have it in small portions.. Also the way we normally cook rice too matters.. When we pressure cook it, the water we use for cooking rice also gets absorbed and when we cook by boiling-draining method, we drain the rice starch water that causes fat.. . So be cautious about the method you are using for cooking the rice.. Also the variety, weather it is polished/unpolished/hand-pounded/brown/red rice, etc.. Try to avoid polished rice.. Having hand-pounded rice,brown rice, red rice is very good for health.. But it may take time to cook.. So choose the one that is comfortable for you.. STOP USING POLISHED RICE that is really unhealthy because most of the vital nutrients are stripped-off.. . Some tips for having rice- . ✅Try to cook in boil-drain method (it is a slow cooking process but a healthy method.
