My favorite.... Number 2 They called me ugly, curvy, fat, not trained, not worthy, not good enough etc... Well big finger to those people that have said ugly things in the past. But maybe also a small thank you, those people are part of me now, that made me partly who I am today. Everybody has a story, but if you are willing to change you can. It is not easy, it's very hard work and sometimes I still feel like that girl in the past. But this photo reminds me I'm not. I have overcome a lot and got stronger. Mental and physical... I'm greatful for the people that helped me on the road where I am now. Don't judge a book on it's cover, if the book really wants to change it's story be there to help. One for the hammies, one for the quads and one for the glutes. These three exercises I’ve been really enjoying lately. Smith machine stiff leg deadlift - I like to put some thin weights under my toes to pull on my hamstrings further, let the weight pull you down then use tension in your glutes and hamstrings to pull back up to the top. Reverse hack squat (feet the the front) - I like to put my feet further down the plate and sit back into the squat. Focus on tension in your quads to pull you back up. This would be my go to instead of front squatting. Smith machine lunges - these are actually fantastic for all over your legs but I personally feel it the most in my glutes. Really lower yourself into the move and push up once your back knee is almost touching the ground. Try these exercises for a serious burn 😫🔥💥 @baresswear leggings, you can see for yourself the amazing quality in these videos 💪🏽

Stress be like... Eerdere dood?! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wordt bewust van de impact van stress! Stress.. Iedereen kent en ervaart het. Je werkt veel en onregelmatig, hebt financiële problemen, relatie of andere privé issues en daarbij moet je elke dag voor je gevoel honderden dingen regelen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Daarbij zorgt stress voor lagere testosteronwaardes, een minder goede vetverbranding, moeizamer spiermassa aanzetten en een lager energieverbruik. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Chronische stress zorgt er ook nog eens voor dat je meer wil gaan snacken. Je drang naar koolhydraten wordt groter! Jij wilt jezelf (de een meer dan de ander) een goed gevoel geven door het eten van ‘comfortfoods’. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We kunnen dus stellen dat stress behoorlijk veel impact heeft op je lichaam en invloed bij het behalen van je fysieke doelen. Wordt even bewust van de impact! Maar wat stress allemaal met je doet? 👇🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Hersteltijd verslechteren/vertragen 2. Cortisol verhogen (stress hormoon) 3. Insuline resistentie veroorzaken en insuline gevoeligheid verlagen (meer/sneller vetopslag) 4. Verlaagd energieverbruik 5. Verhoogd hongergevoel 6. Minder snelle/goede spiergroei 7. Meer kans op blessures ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hoe kan je zorgen dat je beter omgaat met ongezonde stress? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📆Maak een dag planning! Welke uren werk je? Wanneer ga je sporten? Wanneer neem je een uur voor jezelf? Plan je uren vooruit zodat je daadwerkelijk de planning volgt en niet snel afgeleid wordt en wat anders gaat doen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🧠Heb je een vervelende situatie / probleem? Probeer ze dan op te lossen door er actief mee bezig te zijn. Als je hier niet mee bezig bent blijf je met die vervelende gedachtes lopen, en dat zal resulteren in vele malen ergere stress, slechte gemoedsstand etc. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❤️Houd contact met mensen die je dierbaar zijn, die waardevol zijn in je leven, die jou graag succes zien behalen in het leven. En verminder contact met personen die weinig toevoegen aan je leven, en vaak alleen maar ‘klagen’ over hoe vervelend en k*t alles wel wel niet is. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🚶🏼‍♂️🏋🏻‍♀️En bewegen! Ben dagelijks actief en doe aan sport als het kan! Dit zorgt o.a. voor verlaging van het cortisol niveau. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dus; Manage je stress! Succes.

I received lot many dm's asking questions regarding how can I eat egg yolks if I am aiming at fat loss? Egg yolks are even healthy? Etc etc. Let me tell you guys .. . Firstly, whole eggs are more nutrient dense then just egg whites and Yolks have vitamins and minerals which only egg whites don’t have completely. . Secondly if your trainer,coach has advised you to limit the yolk contain that is because it completely depends on the fitness goal you want to achieve for eg: how much body fat u want to drop or how muscle mass you need to gain etc. . Lastly, In my case I eat 5 whole eggs and 2 egg whites as this the only meal I am consuming fats in the form of yolks and nothing in the entire day. I restrict my yolks consumption when I am near by to my peak weak if needed. Ахой! Номинация «Бикини!» как все начиналось... Это было в 2011 году, если не ошибаюсь. Впервые эту номинацию, на турнирах нашего региона, ввел Каменский Вячеслав Владимирович, на Московской области. Тогда на сцену вышли девушки, которые явно не понимали что от них требуется и особо не утруждали себя посещениями тренажерного зала. А половину судей просто встали и ушли, отказавшись судить «ЭТО». Меня Вячеслав Владимирович уговорил остаться, поэтому получилось так что я был первым кто судил эту номинацию. Дошло до того, что Каменский просил сесть за судейский столик фотографов, работающих на этом турнире, и Александра Чепурняка @alex_chepurnyak и Романа Джабелова @getbigtv так сильно не хватало судей! Сейчас в это сложно поверить, но никто не хотел судить «Бикини»! Это сейчас целые толпы желающих это сделать, которые преследуют свои интересы. У всех они разные, кто то просто пытается «снять» кого-то из конкурсанток, козыряя своим судейским пиджаком, кто-то пытается монетизировать этот статус, кому то нужен авторитет, а кто то работает тренером и это лишний повод привлечь новых клиенток! Great article from @biolayne book "Fatloss forever" I recently read. ・・・ Your yo-yo dieting is KILLING YOUR ABILITY TO LOSE FAT! 🤦🏼‍♂️ This is one of the main themes of my new ebook ‘Fat Loss Forever.’ People are so impatient to get lean that they engage in fad diets, crash diets, and unsustainable programs to ‘just get off a few pounds’ and then regain it... and keep cycling through that yo-yo cycling. YOUR OBSESSION WITH ‘just losing a few pounds’ is crushing your ability to lose weight long term! . Check out this study (in rats but rat metabolism is very similar to human metabolism) detailed on page 27 of Fat Loss Forever (link in bio) where researchers had rats diet to lose a certain amount of weight. Then they let them regain the weight back to their original weight. They put the weight back on twice as fast as they lost it. Then they attempted to have them diet back down eating the same amount of calories as before but this time it took them TWICE AS LONG to lose the same amount of fat on the same calories as before!!!! Then they let them regain it back to the original weight again... THEY REGAINED IT 3x AS FAST! Am I ringing any bells with you yo-yo dieters!? . This was only 2 yo-yo diet cycles. Imagine if you did this 4,5, or 6+ times. STOP FUCKING UP! This is exactly why you can’t lose fat long term. You need to focus on the long game. Sometimes that means NOT DIETING and focusing on building your metabolic rate. When you do diet you need focus on sustainability and a plan you can stick to LONG TERM! I can’t tell you how many thousands of people (especially women... sorry ladies) who KNOW that their crash dieting is hurting them, but continue to do it because ‘I just have to get the weight off now!’ So they continue to NEVER actually make any significant progress. 😭 . Stop sacrificing what you want MOST for what you want RIGHT NOW! If you are ready to ACTUALLY MAKE CHANGES and stop fucking up, science will be here waiting for you 🤷🏼‍♂️
