Porridge LIGHT semi freddo..💯💯👍🏼👍🏼💣💣...ottima colazione per un pasto veloce da poter preparare in soli pochi minuti la sera🤤🤤😋😋 Tre semplici ingredienti: 1️⃣ fiocchi di avena aromatizzata gusto crema limone 90gr (o di altri gusti, se vogliamo utilizzare le gocce per aromatizzare i fiocchi di avena) 2️⃣ proteine gusto doppio cioccolato 50gr (io consiglio net integratori oppure biotech, che hanno un gusto veramente buono) 3️⃣ latte senza lattosio 150ml (oppure latte di cocco, mandorle, riso etc.) Potete anche mettere altro, tipo granella di nocciole o pistacchio sopra per farla più carina come presenza oppure i vari sciroppi...ma per me, a mio gusto è già buono così Prendete i fiocchi di avena, li mettete dentro ad una tazza grande, versate 100ml di latte ( meglio freddo per far mantenere il gusto)e mescolate fino a farla diventare una pappetta...lasciandola riposare per qualche minuto per far assorbire il latte.... Prendete le proteine, mettetele dentro ad un bicchiere, versate i 50ml rimasti di latte, e cominciate a mescolare velocemente per creare una crema... Una volta fatto, versate la crema sopra al porridge che abbiamo preparato prima, creando così uno strato di cioccolato...fatto tutto, lo mettete in frigo per tutta la notte... Mattina seguente avrete un semifreddo al porridge 🔝💯🔝💯🔝💯 BUONA COLAZIONE!!!! We made it to baby group this morning, hurrah! Although Macie decided to have a long nap this morning, so we were late. After, me and a couple of the girls went to lunch at the Turkish restaurant in town which was really nice. After lunch we met mum and went for a walk, and then Macie slept all afternoon. Me and bill went to the gym this evening, then to his parents for dinner. - 620c, 19p. Chocolate peanut butter pop tarts and a grenade protein brownie. 1,200c, 63p (guess) no idea here, I’ve got nothing to base it on so it’s a total guess. I had grilled halloumi to start and chicken shish for main. Love this food, I didn’t think I liked Turkish food, I think I just needed to find the right restaurant. 45c. I had some pineapple pre work out. 845c, 34p. Chicken pie, mash and mixed veg... because I needed another meal 😂. I was still pretty full from lunch but I managed to fit this in. 212c, 3p. I also then managed to have some dessert when watching love island 😂. I had a kinder hippo, some raspberries and a couple of rolos, just because I fancied them 🤷. I’ve made up for the calories I didn’t eat over the last couple of days. Total for the day 2,912 with 120g of protein. Wayyyy back Wednesday, back when my body dysmorphia was at its peak.😔 . These pictures were done in 2012. I was in between NPC Figure shows and I remember feeling fluffy because I had just post show binged. Now all I see in these pictures is a skinny girl with disordered eating habits that was miserable and hungry after living off of tilapia (🤢), asparagus, and rice for way too many weeks. . I used to think I was weak because I couldn’t stick to my nutrition plan (all the time)when in fact it was my nutrition plan that was weak. . ⁣⁣🚨Follow 👉🏽@6denve for training & nutrition info 🧠⁣ ⁣ *The 3 Step Skinny Guy Transformation* by @tommaccormick⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ Helpful post here by Tom, displaying a nice graphic of the basic cycle of a transformation of composition.⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ So the process in general actually takes quite a bit longer than most would expect. For us naturals we simply do not gain a ton of muscle right off the bat with the exception of the newbie stage (I would assess a certain individual who has not dieted or trained optimally for at least a year to fit the newbie mold).⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ For the rest of us its the inevitable process of gaining at a slow rate of 2-4lbs per month to minimize fat gains. I recommend a 200-300 surplus over your maintenance calories to start, it may require more for others, perhaps 500 for the really fast metabolisms. This is nice slow pace to insure minimal fat gains, once you reach a level of where you have faint abs (middle pic if a bit exaggerated) I would hold off on bulking any further. Do NOT mistake more lbs being gained as pure muscle, as many have found that you are bulking beyond a lean bulk and may just be putting on unnecessary weight that will only take more time to cut in the end of it all.⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ Next steps, maintain this new weight for a good period of time to where the body has now accepted this as it's new stable weight. Usually I like to bulk for 6-8 months at a time before even remotely thinking about dieting down once again. Once you've maintained this weight for a good amount of time, you can cut the cord and cut at an aggressive yet non detrimental deficit (i.e. 20-25% of your maintenance intake).⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ As a natural you find it doesn't take long at all to reach the land of shreddism.⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⁣ Continue in the comments...
