Então...... tome-lê receita top top top Só vem na Cestinha de Churros 🤘🏻 Saudável e muito gostosa, aqui em casa foi sucesso 😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cestinha: 30g manteiga ghee 30g açúcar de coco 30g adoçante xylitol 1 clara 1 col sopa de pasta de amendoim 120g farinha de arroz ou aveia ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Empanar: Adoçante xylitol + canela ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recheio: 2 col chá de doce de leite sem açúcar, usei da @aconfiteria vale a pena conhecer e experimentar, o sabor é maravilhoso, sem açúcar e sem lactose! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ DICAS: Para formatar a massa da cestinha, molhar as mãos com um pouco de água. Assim que tirar as cestinhas do forno, com o fundo de um copinho ou colher, afundar delicadamente o centro das cestinhas. Depois de desenformar e esfriar, levar a geladeira para elas ficarem úmidas. Hurting my wrist has affected my ability to train heavy, as well as somewhat forcing me to take a break from the manner in which I use deadlifts to focus on my stubborn areas😐 I’m quite happy with my development overall (especially the photo on the left), however the photo on the right showing glute and hamstring development, does highlight the areas that I need to work on. The reality is that for me, those areas respond best to deadlifts, so progress has gone backwards slightly 😐 Furthermore, this might mean I simply need to postpone my first comp to a later date .... hard to accept however I want to walk out on stage with confidence💪🏻 Trying to improve these areas with further diet restrictions and an increased training regime is not a solution for me, as this approach has compromised my health in the past and consequently lead to weight gain. It has also affected my responsibilities in other aspects of my life outside of training. went out for dinner last night, brunch today, &&&& i’m headed home tonight so i’ll be eating dinner at the whole foods hot bar. i’ve tried to post some stuff on my story for 1) accountability on what i’ve been eating (it’s almost spring break!!) & 2) so i can show you guys that it’s not hard to eat relatively healthy but still have it taste good when you’re out! anyways here’s one of the meals i did eat at home this week ———————— @eatbanza noodles tossed in @fourthandheart ghee + roasted broccoli & brussels + wilted spinach + baked wild caught salmon ———————— - for the noodles i just cooked them like normal noodles then tossed them in ghee when they were warm so it all melted together - for the spinach i just wilted it in a nonstick pan with lots of garlic powder & pinks salt - for the salmon i just thawed it, sprayed it with @chosenfoods avo oil, sprinkled it with @traderjoes 21 seasoning salute, & baked it for ~8 min on each side @ 400°F - for the veggies i took frozen broccoli & brussels, steamed them for 3ish min, & then popped them in the oven with the salmon with the same seasonings & for the same amount of time happy thursday!!!💚

Yum-these dragon fruit chips are a tasty car snack! They aren’t organic, but the only ingredient is unsweetened red dragon fruit. I don’t always love the texture of dried fruit, but this one is done really nice. 👍💗 I’m wishing I would have bought a 12-pack, instead of just 2 bags. 😉

Its Fri-YAY!!! and everyone should treat themselves!! This is the easiest and most satisfying treat you could possibly whip up. All you need is some of The Almond Farmer's Roasted Almonds, seeds & dried fruits of choice and a melting chocolate. To make this as mess-less as possible I suggest using a bit of baking paper on a plate. Spread the delicious roasted almonds on the plate and sprinkle your seeds & fruit. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 sec bursts (so you don't burn!) Then drizzle over the top of your Roasted Almond & seed mix. Pop the plate into the fridge and this is the hard part - WAIT til it sets!!!! 🤣 Once set I break into little pieces and snack away! Seriously only takes a few mins and it is divine!! I usually make up a big batch and store in a jar in the fridge. You guys!! Can we just talk about broccoli for a second? Growing up I didn't love it (I know I'm not alone in this!). It didn't matter what you covered it with or dipped it in, there was noooo love. And this dish has it all! • Hands-down, broccoli is a superfood that should be part of everyone's diet. As a cruciferous vegetable, it possesses sulfer-containing compounds that have been shown to have cancer-fighting properties. It's also been shown to help regulate blood sugar, reduce inflammation, enhance heart health and promote weightloss. But what if the best solution to feelings of guilt is recognizing that there's no reason for shame in the first place! Desserts don't make you unhealthy, and they won't ruin your waistline or negate your exercise efforts, either. I decided to give myself a little bit of an extra love today (because why not?) and I whipped up these yummy ✨Spirulina Pancakes✨I went pretty wild on the toppings (because again, why not?) - coconut flakes, bee pollen, cocoa nibs, goji berries, berries, pineapple, pistachios, melted chocolate, warm berries, maple syrup…After I was done, I literally licked the plate with no shame 🤷🏼‍♀️
• Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 tsp spirulina powder
¼ tsp cinnamon  ¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
¾ cup almond milk
1 Tbs coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla bean powder  1 Tbs pure maple syrup
2 ripe bananas mashed • Steps:
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add the eggs, milk, oil and agave. Mix until combined. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla powder, and spirulina. Stir to combine. Incorporate the flour mixture into the wet mixture and stir until combined. Grease the pan and heat it to medium heat. Form small pancakes in the skillet (about 2-3 tablespoons each) and allow them to cook a couple of minutes, until the sides begin to set up, before flipping to the other side. Cook another 3 to 5 minutes until pancakes are cooked all the way through.

Was craving ranch with carrots last night after work and so I made a darn tasty “ranch” dip with @treelinecheese Herb Garlic cashew cheese, a couple tablespoons of @nutpods plain unsweetened non dairy creamer, dried herbs, and fresh lemon juice. W przyszłym będziemy wszyscy na jednym - po prostu Wydziale Lekarskim. Z tego powodu tym bardziej chciałem kupić „kolekcjonerską” bluzę II WLu! Sercem na zawsze na moim wydziale. LIFE UPDATE: Jestem tak zmęczony, że idę spać, choć miałem się jeszcze uczyć. W sumie nie mam wyrzutów sumienia, bo sen to zdrowie 😅😴

SLEEPLESS NIGHTS. If you’ve been following my IG stories you know we’ve been struggling with getting Emelia to sleep through the night. On top of that we are 4 days deep into potty training. Needless to say, this mama is being stretched really thin. It’s times like this where I REALLY appreciate my past self for thinking of my future (now present) self and “feeding the freezer” with healthy meals ready to go. When I am overtired or stressed I am much more likely to reach for unhealthy options. But it is EVEN MORE important during these times to fuel my body with nutrient dense real food. This lunch is a @balancedbites sloppy joe chili meal (I added extra pepper) with some @sietefoods tortilla chips. Quick, easy and delicious. This is not a sponsored post, I genuinely love these meals as an option for those days or nights when cooking a healthy meal for yourself is just not in the cards. And since this is a new venture for @dianesanfilippo I want to (selfishly) help get the word out so they will stick around as an option for me and my clients! Para mí, uno de los placeres de la vida es prepararme un buen desayuno y disfrutar de ese momento del día antes de empezar con la rutina diaria. Sin embargo, en alguna ocasión, la falta de tiempo me ha llevado a coger lo primero que he visto en la nevera y a comerlo a toda prisa. Normalmente, cuando nos pasa esto, solemos coger embutidos, bollería o cereales de caja. En definitiva, tendemos a escoger "alimentos" que no nos aportan los nutrientes que necesitamos. Con el tiempo he aprendido que la clave es la organización. Si planificas tus comidas y tienes en la nevera o despensa, alguno de los ingredientes que te he mostrado en la foto, verás que puedes preparar un desayuno saludable en muy poco tiempo. Aquí te dejo algunos ejemplos de desayunos que puedes preparar combinando los alimentos que te he mostrado: 💚 Tostada de pan de centeno con queso fresco, pera y nueces. 💚Porridge o gachas de avena con manzana, dátiles y chía. 💚Tostada de pan de trigo sarraceno con salmón ahumado, hummus y rabanitos. 💚Pudin de chía con leche de almendras, chocolate y mango. 💚Yogur con granola, melocotón y crema de almendras. 💚Tostada de pan integral con aguacate, tomate y semillas de hemp. 💚Tostada con mermelada casera sin azúcar y huevo revuelto. 💚Tostada de pan integral con jamón serrano, aceite de oliva e higos. 💚Tostada de pan de espelta con paté de tofu (pimiento rojo asado, tofu, tomates deshidratados, aceite de oliva y sal) y pipas de girasol.

My lunch yesterday! 🤗 Sometimes I love having a whole lot of different types food on my plate to nibble rather that having a full on meal! My digestive system thrives of this type of eating, I believe it’s more fun to make these types of meals AND it’s a fantastic way to use up everything left in the fridge!💕 . So I used sprouts with toasted chickpeas, organic cos lettuce with beetroot hummus and turmeric and ginger hummus topped with nutritional yeast, crispy black rice (holy snap you need to try it, I’m not a fan of rice unless it’s in sushi, but I’m in love with crispy black rice), carrot sticks and sweet potato chips! YUMMMM 😍 #ihaveibs

Winter has me craving warming foods, so I started my morning with this warm chia bowl. ⁣🌥 ⁣ The chia base is a simple way to get in lots of healthy fats, fibre, protein first thing! ⁣ I like adding chia to at least one meal a day to boost my fibre, protein & omega-3 intake. ⁣ ⁣ Bowl:⁣ 2 tbsp chia seeds⁣ 1 tbsp hemp hearts ⁣ 80g egg whites*⁣ 1 medium zucchini grated ⁣ 1 cup water⁣ 1/2 cup cashew milk ⁣ ⁣ *currently trying to up my protein intake, these are totally optional⁣ ⁣ Toppings: ⁣ 1 tbsp @rawcology chocolate coconut chips ⁣ 1 tbsp @manitobaharvest hemp hearts ⁣ 1/4 cup blueberries ⁣ 1/2 tsp cinnamon ⁣ pink salt ⁣ ⁣ Directions ⁣ ⁃Combine all ‘bowl’ ingredients (besides egg whites) in a saucepan + bring to a boil⁣ ⁃Reduce heat, add egg whites and continue to stir until egg whites are cooked + desired thickness achieved ⁣ ⁃Top with whatever your heart desires—while I seriously recommend  @rawcology coconut chips to add a sweet crunch! ⁣ ⁣ CHIA FACT: [2 tbsp] serves 30% of RDI manganese, 30% of RDI magnesium & 18% of RDI calcium⁣ ⁣ How do you start your day? ⬇️

Last night I dined @restaurantnavi and I tell you what it was one of the most amazing fine dining experiences I have had in a long time. This little gem of a place is located in #seddon in a unsuspecting little shop trying not to stand out - the resturant caters for only a few dinners at a time which allows the staff to truely be attentive the chefs not to rush with service and plate up such eye pleasing dishes. But that's only one part of how beautiful of an experience, the food, is the star! Flavour combinations are intriguing, unique and so incredibly well balanced that you eat slow to enjoy every morsel and can't speak as you try to figure out every flavour and texture in your mouth. Pictured is the black garlic, trout roe macaron - this has macaron has ruined me for all other macarons, I wish I was served 20 of these. My current pre-workout/breakfast meal is 5 Whole Eggs, Turkey Sausage, diced onions, and bell peppers topped with cheese... It's been about a year since I last ate straight egg whites for breakfast... 👨🏾‍🍳🍳 : : I can be honest and say straight egg whites taste disgusting unless you're putting tons of hot sauce/sriracha on them like I use to do... Who else agrees? ⬇️⬇️⬇️ : : If you didn't know... One whole egg is 70 kcal and is a high-quality protein source offering 13 essential vitamins and minerals. By eliminating the yolk and only eating the egg white you're missing out on the majority those benefits and nutrients. 🥚 : : Yes, eating the whole egg is higher in fat (~5 grams/egg), but it's a source for "healthy fats" your body needs to thrive --> Omega-3 Fatty Acids. So as long as you adjust your overall fat content from your other meals throughout the day, you shouldn't have to worry about the "high-fat content" from eating a few whole eggs every morning for breakfast. 🍳🥚🍴 : : How do you like to cook your eggs? ⬇️⬇️

Finding time to cook a "treat" meal can be challenging, yet it feels good, especially when experimenting (even lightly) and of course when cooking for the right company 🙂 The twist(s) here are: the total absence of carbs (like bread & such) in the 50% beef, 50% pork mix (like we'd do with a beef burger) the koukaki lemon leaf infused basmati rice (a bit of a Thai infusion) To my surprise, just 4 of those (with the corresponding rice and sauce) were enough for me, while I thought I'd go for 6 or 7! Like always, I went for at least 4 portions with 1,1 kg of meat and 0,5 kg of rice. Quantity does not really increase shopping time, cooking time or energy, so going for 4-6 portions instead of 2-3 saves time & energy 🙃 (not to mention money).
