I’ve been really trying to be more mindful of the things I’m saying to myself and keeping those thoughts in check. On the days when I’d rather stay in bed and sleep instead of getting up to stress and worry about everything the day ‘might’ throw at me.. I have to stop and take a few deep breathes and then REMIND myself that I GET to wake up and get out of bed. I GET to go to a job that I love. I GET to help people through the hardest times in their life. I GET to spread awareness and love around. I GET to be a part of something bigger than me. I GET to clean the house and meal prep the healthy foods to eat. I don’t HAVE to do anything, I GET TO. Life is full of opportunities all around us but it really comes down to our mindset and how are we perceiving those opportunities. Are we looking at them like a chore we HAVE to do? Or an opportunity we GET to do?
