Yes, I get up early to workout most days. . It hasn’t always been that way and I don’t always want to! . Today I did it because I knew I was going to be sitting behind a desk all day. . Some days I kill it, other days, I fall over or drop things, either way, I do my best. . I didn’t start this journey because I like working out, I started it because I wanted to feel better and to set a good example for my kids so they never have to worry about losing weight or taking medicine for weight related I’ll illnesses! . Don’t compare your beginning to my middle, I’ve been at this for almost 2 years & most days I’m grateful that I feel better in my 40s than I did in my 20s and that I get to work out! There are plenty of people who would love to be able to do what I do every day but truly can’t for reasons beyond their control! . Humans are meant to be around others! ⠀ .⠀ We can accomplish so much more when we’re working as a team than we can working as individuals! .⠀ If you are struggling with emotional eating, poor body image, obesity, or weight loss, the worst thing you can do is go it alone!⠀ .⠀ The reason I have stuck with my workouts and nutrition for 22 months is the teamwork! We work together, support each other and when needed, hold each other accountable! This is the “secret sauce”. It’s why things like weight-watchers work! As long as you’re still going to meetings and checking in, you’re accountable!⠀ .⠀ The difference here is that even if you slow down or stop for a bit, you have a coach for life! They’ll still check in you on you as long as you want them too and they’ll invite you to join their next group too! ⠀ .⠀ We’re not here to sell a product, we’re here because we’ve found something that works for us and we want to help others feel the same success!
